Eggnog Bread

  1/3 cup Margarine melted
  2 Eggs beaten
  1 cup Eggnog
  1/2 cup Raisins or Craisins
  3/4 cup Sugar
  2 1/4 cups Adluh Self-rising Flour
  1/2 cup Pecans or Walnuts chopped
  1/2 cup Green or Red Cherries chopped

 
In large bowl, combine margarine, sugar and eggs. Mix well. Stir flour into the butter mixture, alternating with the eggnog. Mix only until the dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in the nuts, cherries and raisins. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
